The Winning Mindset with Elisha Mamman is a motivational platform committed to inspiring possibilities, initiating dreams and birthing realities in the lives of young people.
The Winning Mindset started in 2017 with less than 50 participants but has in 2 years experienced an unusual kind of growth in size, influence and impact – from less than 50 to over 800, in 2 years.
The platform celebrated its 2nd year anniversary in Kaduna with Niyi Adesanya one of Nigeria’s finest public speakers, as its Keynote Speaker, during the event the Convener, Elisha Mamman expressed gratitude to God for the journey so far.
At the 2nd anniversary celebration, Elisha Mamman recounted how the journey had been for both him and his family. Through his story, one would know that indeed it takes great sacrifice, strength and gut to run with a great vision.
It was a very insightful, enlightening, entertaining and emotional moment for a lot of people who were present at the anniversary. From the colorful performances by different groups to the panel session, to the teachings of the speakers, down to the cutting of the cake in celebration.
As the theme clause for the winning mindset in 2019 goes: “TAKING NEW TERRITORIES”, the winning has expanded across Kaduna to Abuja, Kafanchan, Zaria etc…and is set to take more new territories.
In 2 years, The Winning Mindset has given out grants for a startup to a number of businesses and has consistently churned out inspiration to the young people and given them hope for a better tomorrow.
The Winning Mindset has had on its stage personalities like; Fela Durotoye, Steve Harris, Ejimi Olufukeji, Niyi Adesanya, Apeh Harrison etc…
It is a platform that has come to serve as an edge for those who are willing to become intentional about their lives to achieve success.
During the speech of the covener Elisha Mamman, he said that the growth and the impact of the Winning Mindset on the lives of youths and the city itself cannot be ignored and he appreciated partners and platforms who have consistently supported the growth of the Winning Mindset.
In 2019, the Winning Mindset was able to expand into 3 new locations namely Abuja, Zaria and Kafanchan.
The Winning Mindset with Elisha Mamman has also awarded grant’s and bursaries to individuals and small businesses in the city of kaduna.
This young platform has hosted the likes of NIYI ADESANYA, FELA DUROTOYE, STEVE HARRIS, ARC APEH HARRISON IWODI, and NIYI SOYINKA
